Low carb?

Im not sure how some of these recipes qualify as low carb. I have seen some that call for crescent roll dough and that is certainly not low carb. Others are full of fruit like raisins. There is a recipe for chicken salad that says, "whipped cream takes this to the next level," or something like that but whipped cream isnt listed in the ingredients or the recipe. Wishing I hadnt upgraded.
